Do you love Philadelphia but not the high cost of living and property taxes? Not to mention how hard it can be to find a decent grocery store. There is something to be said about city life, but there’s also something to be said about enjoying city life and then having the ability to leave and go somewhere a bit quieter.

The luxury apartments at The Royal Athena in Bala Cynwyd offer just that. Want even better news? We’re currently pre-leasing for our opening in mid-July!

Here’s a a quick rundown of some of our other features and amenities. We can guarantee that it’s a whole lot more than what you’ll find in the city for the same price.

For starters, our one-bedroom apartments for rent offer amazing views of the Schuylkill River, so you won’t be opening your window to a concrete wall. Our apartments also have stunning 17-foot ceilings to let in a huge amount of natural light.

Outside of the apartment, though, the amazing features don’t stop. The complex has a large rooftop deck — the largest in the city — and it offers gorgeous views of the City of Brotherly Love without the blaring sirens and car horns.

The luxury real estate is also situated across from the Pencoyd Bridge giving you private entry, meaning you’ll be a bit isolated from the crowds, but also have extremely easy access to nightlife and restaurants. Manayunk and other Main Line locations are within biking or walking distance and Center City Philadelphia is just a short train ride away.
